Lisamax was created to design and engineer new and innovative ways to improve returns for international banks on banking products and credit facilities.We have created an independent, custodian agnostic and unconstrained environment for our team members to execute upon their mission goals, free of conflicts and restrictive boundaries.Our independence and open architecture avoids the conflicts of interest inherent in banking platforms, which often includes excessive and non-transparent fee structures, a limited universe of investment products and solutions and a transactional nature for conducting business which ultimately underserves both bank and client.

Emphasis on execution, safety and security within the transactional system and architecture. The Lisamax system provides full control for the banking institution together with multiple layers of system security. All transactional communication will be fully handled within a secure dedicated VPN system.The VPN and open architecture avoids any conflict of interest and is fully transparent between all the transaction participants. Lisamax has financial and banking professionals working together with dedicated systems and software specialists. This team works together to insure the full privacy and transactional security for the participants including the active areas of the bank.
